Amazon Spring Cleaning Home Necessities

Today we’re doing a little spin on the spring cleaning post and talking about items in your home that need replacing every so often. I don’t know about you guys, but I totally forget to switch out lots of items in our home and then it seems like such a chore to replace them!  Does this sound like you?

As subscription services and automations have become more and more popular, I feel like the power of automating regular tasks in your life is SO real.  It makes a huge difference on my mental state as a whole to not have to worry about little things, like when to flip the mattress or when to buy more toilet paper.  

With that being said, we added a few key things to our Amazon cart that we are deciding to put on a subscription basis so that every 3-4 months we get that new new without having to even think about it!  This whole cart is under $150, so under $500 for new products all year long! 

Pillows: According to the National Sleep Foundation, pillow inserts need to be replaced every 1-2 years.  Do you remember the last time you replaced yours?  These are hotel quality and have amazing reviews.

Volcano Candle: You’ve seen it everywhere, you’ve smelled it everywhere (especially in anthropologie) and it is so fresh and lovely!  We love the Volcano Candle for not only its scent potency but also it’s lasting power, using it for a few hours per day should last you 4-6 weeks.

Toilet Brushes: Word on the street is, toilet brushes should be replaced every SIX MONTHS.  It’s not a surprise that they’re super gross and host a lot of bacteria, but also how did we not know this?  This version is an odor-free, mildew-free, aerated and simplistic option that we love.  

Wash Cloths: I don’t know about you, but there is something about a drawer full of clean, folded washcloths.  Mmmm!  If your washcloths are looking a little dingy as of late, these are soooooo soft.

Dish Brush: Okay, this is a big one.  Guys, don’t sleep on setting these up on a subscription!  Yucky dish brushes just are no bueno and we love this cute bamboo one with a dish! It’ll look adorable on your counter and it’s made of sustainable materials.
