Easy way to make any casual hoodie/sweatshirt dressier...put a collard button up shirt underneath! In Vegas we never get "really" cold...so layering is what we do to stay warm in the... 60 degree weather haha! By the way today is the last day of Forever21's friends and family sale...whole store/website is 20% off and that never happens!
